CAMP SNACKS/STORE: The camp snack/store fee is $20 per week ($40 for two weeks) and includes a cold drink and snack during store time (around 4:00 – 4:30PM daily), a nightly bedtime snack (brought to cabin areas by senior camp staff around 9:30PM) and periodical frozen treats (served several times per session on a periodic and rotating schedule during the hottest parts of the day and/or after night programs).

Camp group pictures are taken on the first or second day of two-week sessions and are included on the picture DVD/CD. Campers should wear a camp shirt for the group picture. The picture CD includes ALL pictures taken during a two-week session (this usually runs approx 100 to 150 pictures per day and includes the large group picture which is taken on the first day of each two-week session) and will be mailed to those who purchase it within four weeks after attendance.

TO REGISTER FOR ANY CAMP SESSION: The parents or guardians should complete a registration form by clicking on the link below, and following the easy instructions.  Please deposit $100 (which is applied to the total fee) to ensure choice of sessions. Half the balance is due by April 15 ; the remainder is due by May 15 (Registrations ARE accepted after May 15 as long as space is available). For campers registering after May 15, send FULL PAYMENT to camp address….do not send partial payment or deposits after May 15.

After camper registration and deposit/payment is received, campers will receive a confirmation by email. Also, all campers should complete the online camper medical form at least one month prior to arrival. Call the camp office if you are unable to complete it online (423-472-6070) and we will send you one by regular mail.

In some instances, the camp fee may qualify as a credit for child and dependent care expense with The Internal Revenue Service. Check with the IRS to see if you qualify.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:  No refunds for late arrival. Early departure due to camper illness or family emergency may receive a pro-rated refund at the discretion of the director and based on individual case circumstances. There are no refunds for early departure due to behavioral problems or homesickness (behavior policies are sent to parents after a child is enrolled).
