Call the camp office if you are unable to complete it online (423-472-6070) and we will send you one by regular mail.
In some instances, the camp fee may qualify as a credit for child and dependent care expense with The Internal Revenue Service. Check with the IRS to see if you qualify.

MEDICAL FORM: After you register, you will need to complete a medical form for your child which will be found on your Parent Dashboard online. This form is due one month before the camper arrives. No child with a communicable disease should be sent to camp. Children with emotional/behavior problems should attend a special-needs camp.
DISTANT CAMPERS: Who fly to camp will be picked up and returned to the airport in Chattanooga ($95 service charge) . Please talk with the Camp Director about best arrival and departure times before making airline reservations.

LAUNDRY: No laundry facilities are available at the camp. Be sure to pack enough clothes for the length of the session. Parents should discuss with children how to take care of their clothes. Laundry for campers who soil their clothes and/or bedding is provided on an emergency basis ($25 service charge).
PARENTS: Camp Woodmont loves to have parents with special skills on the staff. If interested, please call Alyson Gondek at 423-472-6070.
MAIL: Mail is given out after dinner each day. Write your camper often, but do not mail letters after Wednesday of the week he/she is leaving. Please DO NOT send food packages since these treats discourage appetites and can cause friction. Campers are encouraged to write home often.

ELECTRONICS and OTHER ITEMS NOT TO BRING: Please do not send OR BRING the following items to camp as they cause distractions: cell phones, pagers, walkie-talkies, radios, personal CDs, food/candy, I-PODS or MP3 players, boom boxes, game-boys, knives, weapons, lighters, fireworks and any other items in this category. For safety/security and camp programming requirements, any item that is deemed questionable or not allowed at camp will be taken up by camp administration (and we cannot be responsible for their safekeeping, storage and return to you).
