TO REGISTER FOR ANY CAMP SESSION: The parents or guardians should complete a registration form by clicking on the link below, and following the easy instructions.  Please deposit $150 (which is applied to the total fee) to ensure choice of sessions.  After you pay the deposit, you may make payments toward the entire camp fee.  One half of the camp fee is due by April 15; the remainder of the camp fee is due by May 15.  You may choose to have your credit card automatically charged on those 2 dates to ensure payment is complete.

Registrations ARE accepted after May 15 as long as space is available. For campers registering after May 15, send FULL PAYMENT to camp address….do not send partial payment or deposits after May 15.

After camper registration and deposit/payment is received, campers will receive a confirmation by email. Call the camp office if you are unable to complete it online (423-472-6070) and we will send you one by regular mail.

In some instances, the camp fee may qualify as a credit for child and dependent care expense with The Internal Revenue Service. Check with the IRS to see if you qualify.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:  We carefully plan each session of camp based on registrations.  We understand that your schedule may change, but our staffing and meals are finalized based on attendance. With that in mind, please read our refund policy carefully.

Camp enrollment/registration requires a non-refundable deposit of $150 per child per session.

The deposit is a registration fee that is nonrefundable under any circumstances after April 1st, including cancellation of camp due to pandemics/illness, fire, forces of nature or other reasons.

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to April 1, 2024 to receive a refund (minus a $10 processing fee).  Cancellations after April 1st will receive a refund of camp fees paid, with the exception of the $150 deposit.

No refunds for late arrival. Early departure due to camper illness or family emergency may receive a pro-rated refund at the discretion of the director and based on individual case circumstances. There are no refunds for early departure due to behavioral problems or homesickness (behavior policies are sent to parents after a child is enrolled).

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start of your session will forfeit all previous payments.  Cancellations will not be accepted by phone, but can be emailed to chloe@campwoodmont.com and alyson@campwoodmont.com or mailed to Alyson Gondek, Camp Woodmont, 1150 Saddlebrook Dr. Chattanooga, TN 37405.
