There are 7 one-week sessions: weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 & 8.
There are 3 two-week sessions: weeks one/two; three/four and weeks seven/eight.

Camp staff takes a well-deserved break between sessions. Campers, CITs and CAs staying multiple sessions should be picked up on Friday at the end of their session and return Sunday to start their next session.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE, RATES & OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Referral bonus: Earn $50 off camp fee for every new two-week camper referred (earn $25 for new one-weekers).
Campers earn a significant discount for early registration. Fees are based on Date of Registration as follows:

| Two-week tuition | $1150 | $1250 |
| One-week tuition | $725 | $795 |
- Add a $25 late registration fee after May 15. Registrations are taken after May 15 as long as space is available.
- Add a $25 late fee for all regular accounts not paid-in-full by May 15.
- Horseback riding is $130 for two weeks & $80 for one week.
- There is a $50 service charge for all returned checks. Late registrants should bring cash, money order or credit card to pay—no checks over $100 accepted at check-in desk.
- Brothers/Sisters: The 2nd, 3rd or more siblings living at the same address receive 5% discount off the regular camp fee.
- Cancellations: before April 1, receive 100% refund. After April 1, a $200 cancellation fee applies.
- No refunds for late arrival or early departure. No refunds for dismissal from camp due to emotional and/or behavioral issues.
- Please pay by cash, check or credit card (U.S. funds only). See registration form for credit card payment info.
- Read and study the family guidebook carefully: all campers are expected to know and follow camp policies.
ON–LINE REGISTRATION IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS:
1. Fill out this registration form on-line and click on “submit” to send it. When you click submit, the next web page to load will be the CONFIRMATION OF ON-LINE REGISTRATION PAGE.
2. Print, read, and sign (PARENT SIGNS) the “Confirmation of On-Line Registration” form and mail it with payment to Camp Woodmont, 551 Chatata Valley Rd, Cleveland, TN 37323 (after May 15 mail to regular camp address….see “schedule and fees” page.
Doing both of these steps now will ensure that your registration will receive immediate attention. When we receive both of these items, you will receive an acknowledgment email with reminders on preparing for camp.
