ON –LINE REGISTRATION IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS:  

1.  Fill out  this registration form on-line and click on "submit" to send it.

2.  Print, read, and sign (PARENT SIGNS)  the “Confirmation of On-Line Registration” form and mail it with payment to Camp Woodmont, 551 Chatata Valley Rd, Cleveland, TN 37323 (after May 15 mail to regular camp address....see "schedule and fees" page.  

Doing Both of these steps now will  insure that your registration will receive immediate attention. When we receive both of these items, you will receive an acknowledgment packet.
