Our Staff
Most people do not realize the level of commitment, dedication, perseverance, creativity, and hard work that summer camp counseling requires. We want to be absolutely certain that our counselors are the cream of the crop. And, we take great pride in choosing only the best. That’s why our method of hiring is different from other camps that rely only on the internet or an outside hiring service. Plus, a lot of other camps with large staffs use international students to fill their needs. But because we’re small, we can be choosy. We travel throughout the SE and meet face-to-face with each applicant looking for the brightest and best young women and men from top colleges and universities. Our counselors must exhibit the highest qualities of character, morals and standards. The good news? We have known many of them, and their parents, since they were campers! We have been truly blessed with individuals who are committed beyond 150% to the well-being of the children. And, being comfortable with who’s working with the campers gives parents’ peace of mind.
